2. Russian Twists 10/5 kilo bumper plate ( each touch of the bumper to the ground is one repetition)
3. Box Jumps 20”
4. Knees to elbows
5. Sumo Deadlift Highpull  1.5/1 pood
Least number of reps in the 20 seconds is the score for that exercise- add all scores for final score.
